Free Home “Air Sealing” For ALL Homes

on Cape Cod

If your home is insulated, but not “Air Sealed,” you are losing valuable energy savings. This new science in energy efficiency is so valuable, that they are literally giving it away to every home on Cape Cod.

Why is this money available? The Massachusetts Green Communities Act, signed into law in July 2008, requires our state’s privately owned electric and natural gas utilities to pursue energy conservation and efficiency to meet their energy demands before building new power plants or purchasing new energy sources.

How much money is out there? Massachusetts utility companies are expected to invest a total of 2.2 billion dollars in conservation and energy efficiency over the next years.

Where does the money come from? Funding sources include charges on every utility customer’s bill. You are already contributing your money to the rebate and subsidy fund.
