Mass Save Insulation - Briarwood 2026 Participant Confirmation Form

Briarwood owners who have signed up to participate in the Mass Save Insulation offering; please complete the following form to confirm your enrollment.

Please read the following and confirm before proceeding:

Mass Save requires someone to be present at the home at the beginning of the insulation install and at completion. Will you be able to provide access to your home in Briarwood, either personally, or through a trusted friend/neighbor/caretaker?

Building Permit Authorization:

Cape Save is required to pull an Express Weatherization Permit for your home to complete Mass Save insulation upgrades. Please sign to authorize Cape Save to apply for an Express Weatherization Permit with the Town of Yarmouth. PLEASE NOTE: There is a $125 cancellation fee for any customer who confirms participation but does not proceed with the insulation, to reimburse Cape Save for the permit fee.

Unit Specifics:

Customer Co-Pay Information: Your estimated copay cost for the insulation project is $585

You do not pay Cape Save; you will receive a co-pay bill from RISE Engineering (The RISE Group, Inc.) after we've completed the project. Once you've submitted your confirmation, Cape Save will contact you via email to arrange scheduling your installation. Please note: you do not need to submit this form more than once.
