Spray Foam Lead Applicator / Division Manager
Lead and grow Cape Save's closed-cell spray foam division. This hands-on leadership role includes estimating, sales, project management, crew supervision, equipment operation, and division growth.
$70,000–$95,000 base salary + uncapped performance pay
