Housing Assistance has been an integral part of the Cape and Islands community sine 1974. They offer a range of services and programs that bridge the wide gap between homelessness and homeownership. Their work seeks to elevate the Cape and Islands economy and community, empower residents of all ages and income levels, and address the root causes of our housing crisis.

The Pause is a Community Center for Recovery that supports both alcoholics and addicts as well as family members and loved ones of those suffering from substance misuse. 

The Cape Cod Senior Softball League (CCSSL) promotes fun, fitness, and camaraderie for players 50+ on Cape Cod. With over 350 members, it offers divisions for all skill levels and hosts the annual Cape Cod Senior Softball Classic. Games are played in Harwich, Dennis, and Yarmouth, fostering recreation and community for seasoned and returning players.

Since 1991, HPC has provided more than 50,000 people with life-changing assistance, enabling our neighbors to live active and productive lives.  They provide tools to support local residents—from Harwich to Provincetown and in special programs in Yarmouth and Dennis—to keep their housing and attain financial independence.

The Yarmouth Food Pantry’s mission is to provide food to those in need without regard to age, race, color, national origin, religion, residence, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, handicap, veteran status, or any other status.

The Cape and Islands 
Veterans Outreach Center provides comprehensive, life-sustaining services for veterans and their families. Thanks to the continued generosity of their supporters, the Outreach Center is a robust and resourceful organization with the professional capacity to continue serving the veterans of the future.

Recovery Without Walls is a nonprofit offering holistic services and support to women on Cape Cod following treatment for substance abuse.
