Clipper Ship Cove Condo residents who have signed up to participate in the Mass Save Weatherization offering; please complete the following form to confirm your enrollment. Building Weatherization for Clipper Ship Cove Condos: Cost breakdown: The total cost is $2,757, but after a $2,502 incentive, your net cost is just $255 (materials and installation included).

Estimated specs: 998 sq. ft., with estimated annual savings of $150–$299.

Scope of work includes:

Combustion safety testing for oil/gas heating and hot water systems
Air sealing (attic and basement penetrations, chases, duct work, etc.)
Basement/crawlspace wall insulation (2" rigid insulation on foundation walls, plus weatherstripping the access opening)

Mass Save requires someone to be present at the home at the beginning of the weatherization install and at completion. Will you be able to provide access to your home in Clipper Ship Cove, either personally, or through a trusted friend/neighbor/caretaker?

Building Permit Authorization:

Cape Save is required to pull an Express Weatherization Permit for your home to complete Mass Save insulation upgrades. Please sign to authorize Cape Save to apply for an Express Weatherization Permit with the Town of Yarmouth for the address you provided at the beginning of this form.

Cancellation & Permit Fee

By confirming participation with Cape Save, the customer acknowledges that Cape Save will obtain and pay in advance for the Express Weatherization Permit required by the Mass Save program administrator for the condo unit. Permit and administrative costs ($125) are incurred before insulation work is performed.

If the customer confirms the project and later cancels, the customer agrees to reimburse Cape Save $125.

Customer Co-Pay Information: Your estimated co-pay for will not exceed $255 You do not pay Cape Save; you will receive a bill from RISE Engineering (The RISE Group, Inc.) 60-90 days after we've completed the project. Once you've submitted your confirmation, Cape Save will contact you via email to arrange scheduling your installation.
