Mass Save Weatherization - Cobbs Pond 2025 Participant Confirmation Form

Cobbs Pond owners who have signed up to participate in the Mass Save Weatherization offering at Cobbs Pond; please complete the following form to confirm your enrollment.

Please read the following and confirm before proceeding:

Mass Save requires someone to be present at the home at the beginning of the weatherization install and at completion. Will you be able to provide access to your home in Cobbs Pond, either personally, or through a trusted friend/neighbor/caretaker?

Building Permit Authorization:

Cape Save is required to pull an Express Weatherization Permit for your home to complete Mass Save insulation upgrades. Please sign to authorize Cape Save to apply for an Express Weatherization Permit with the Town of Brewster for the address you provided at the beginning of this form.

Unit Specifics:

Customer Co-Pay Information: Your estimated co-pay for your unit is determined by your unit style; please see below: Beachplum: estimated copay $136.72 Summersweet: estimated copay $59.59 Arrow Wood: estimated copay $42.46 Bayberry: estimated copay $185.67 You do not pay Cape Save; you will receive a bill from RISE Engineering (The RISE Group, Inc.) 60-90 days after we've completed the project. Once you've submitted your confirmation, Cape Save will contact you via email to arrange scheduling your installation. Please note: you do not need to submit this form more than once.
