Mass Save requires someone to be present at the home at the beginning of the weatherization install and at completion. Will you be able to provide access to your home in Halcyon, either personally, or through a trusted friend/neighbor/caretaker?

Building Permit Authorization:

Cape Save is required to pull an Express Weatherization Permit for your home to complete Mass Save insulation upgrades. Please sign to authorize Cape Save to apply for an Express Weatherization Permit with the Town of Yarmouth. PLEASE NOTE: There is a $75 cancellation fee for any customer who confirms participation but does not proceed with the insulation, to reimburse Cape Save for the permit fee.

Customer Co-Pay Information: Your estimated co-pay for the project is $527.84, for insulation and weatherization upgrades of $3115.22 You do not pay Cape Save; you will receive a bill from RISE Engineering (The RISE Group, Inc.) 60-90 days after we've completed the project. Once you've submitted your confirmation, Cape Save will contact you via email to arrange scheduling your installation. Please note: you do not need to submit this form more than once.
