Mass Save requires someone to be present at the home at the beginning of the weatherization install and at completion. Will you be able to provide access to your home in The Colony, either personally, or through a trusted friend/neighbor/caretaker?

Building Permit Authorization:

Cape Save is required to pull an Express Weatherization Permit for your home to complete Mass Save insulation upgrades. Please sign to authorize Cape Save to apply for an Express Weatherization Permit with the Town of Brewster for the address you provided at the beginning of this form.

Customer Co-Pay Information: Your estimated co-pay for your unit is by your heating fuel source; please see below: Electric Heat: estimated copay $207.00 Natural Gas Heat: estimated copay $398.00 You do not pay Cape Save; you will receive a bill from RISE Engineering (The RISE Group, Inc.) 60-90 days after we've completed the project. Once you've submitted your confirmation, Cape Save will contact you via email to arrange scheduling your installation. Please note: you do not need to submit this form more than once.
